Our start point with any client engagement is typically working with the CEO, MD, owner or the entrepreneur behind the business to conduct the Personal Growth Plan Assessment. The goal is to seek to understand the person behind the business. As they are the ones that have the vision and the ability to make the business plan happen, we ensure that we have a detailed understanding of who they are, what they want from the business and where it should be heading to achieve the goals.
We cover four areas in this engagement for the CEO or the senior team as follows:
- Your temperament – Conduct a Personality Profile Assessment to understand your optimum way of working, the motivating drivers that will spur you on to greater success and the things to avoid
- Your journey – How did you get to where you are now – what were the decisions, successes and failures that make you the person you are
- Your strengths and weaknesses – conduct an analysis of your strengths and weaknesses to ensure we maximise one and neutralise the other
- Your business acumen – Understand how you see the world of business
Once we know who the key personalities are and how they think, work and play we typically move on to looking at the business.

Plan your work and work your plan – we will help you to get all the various elements of the business to fly in formation. This clarity of purpose will engage staff, maximise client satisfaction and retention and add capital value.
A specialist Business CoPilot will spend about 1-2 days on site focussing on the company’s vision, goals and objectives to assess the people, customers, offerings, and the processes, systems and practices to deliver them.
Where applicable we will work with the senior management team and key staff to identify the specific obstacles and issues that are preventing long term sustainable and profitable growth. The outcome of this part of the engagement is the 90 day Business Growth Plan, a practical usable document to help keep the company on the business flight plan.

Having worked out the Business Growth Plan, we are asked to assist with its implementation. This is a bespoke service predicated on the Business Growth Plan. Each engagement is different ranging from executive coaching or mentoring, guidance with marketing or oversight of the sales process.
