Rob Hook 

Rob uses all his international Sales and Marketing skills to help  clients understand how to align their business strategy into a sales and marketing strategy that works. He is passionate about Business Coaching, working alongside ambitious people looking to make the most of themselves and their businesses.

Nick Cramp 

Nick uses all his experience gained in running a number of his own companies to help unravel the complexity of the business and financial processes and systems. Nick uses his well honed business acumen to delve in to the detail to determine what needs to change. By stopping doing what they shouldn’t, and doing more of what they should, the clients are more productive, professional and profitable. He has an easy charm that engages with even the most hard bitten business warriors.

Here are a few things that Nick can assist with

• Strategy & planning – seeing the big picture and then setting it out in manageable chunks
• Financials – stripping the numbers to the essential basics to help ensure the business is well run
• Organisational structure – working in the back office to ensure that things get done, on time and at the price agreed
• Business metrics – Nick works on determining a set of Key Performance Indicators that ensure the business is on the right business flight path
