It all started about three years ago. Nick and I were both running our own business coaching practices. With reasonable, but not spectacular, success.

That all changed when we met by accident at a seminar. Although we knew each other from our time on an MBA cohort at the University of Bath, our paths had rarely crossed. We chatted and soon realised that we could be much stronger if we combined our efforts and worked together.

Here is how it worked.

Nick is really strong on developing and implementing the core business process and systems, the bête noire of most business owners. They are more willing to get on with the doing rather than putting in place structures and systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
